Following Alan (Gearhead) On our way to Holopaw, gassed up and ready to go rolling out of Sanford.

This diesel F350 was buried in one of the deep spots of this mud hole. There were some spots out there that would swallow 38's so you had to be careful crossing. I did wind up getting stuck trying to take the hard way across.

Heading in to the property there was a locked gate and you had to be admitted by one of the land owners.
|

At the last mud hole, an early 80's Stang on a 4x4 chassis with 1 ton running gear. Didn't get to see him run.

Big block, bottle fed '78 or '79, this was a sled truck. Really, really nasty.

Back at camp the end of the day, leaking power steering box and my alignment is tweaked but the Bronco got me back.

Bottle fed Chevy at the first big mud hole, most of these big guys weree running at least 40's.

Yup, I'm stuck. This was on the way out it looked like a dried up mud hole. Hit it in two-wheel drive and just sunk. Steve was able to pull me out.

Bottomless mud hole on the way back to camp. I hit this in 2 wheel drive and just kept sinking.
