Rolling the solid dana 44 into it's new home. used 4 degree c-bushings.

everything back together.
Post note, the front end needed some work at this point to get all the geometry in line. The tie rod was too long by a couple of inches and as a result needed to be shortened. I switched to a regular pitman arm instead of a dropped one and that improved the drag links alignment with the track bar. The track bar is an adjustable style from superlift.

bit of a funky set up, in hind sight I should have use coil mounts from a '78/'79 axle, but we went with TTB style mount in order to use the TTB coils with the pig tail. The mount is welded to the radius arm cap. This is something I'm probably going to change down the road.

These coils are from a TTB set, pretty sure they are rough country. Spring rate was way too stiff, later on I switched over to a custom 300 lb coil from Deaver which gave a much better ride.
