Stock, the steering linkage/tierod is mounted under the knuckle. We have moved it to the top.

A reamer is used to get the proper taper. Used to have the reamer size posted, but was wiped out when superford crashed my site.

Few extra details are two grade 8 washers under the knuckle, and a bit of JB weld for fill in underneath (this is not required).

|
This swap to the top yields about 2.75-3" more clearance for the steering rods.
