bracket fabbed up to bolt to cage radius arm frame bracket to box to the inside.

Starting to fab a new E4OD crossmember...old one won't work since the cage radius arm attaches so far back on the frame, about where the stock crossmember is.

Later went back and added a custom transfer case skid plate made of 1/4" plate onto the crossmember

New high angle driveline front shaft, 43.5", DC at the one end, 12" slip at the diff, 1350 series joints. It's a heavy sucka at 33lbs. vs. stock shaft at 16.

Ruffstuff Specialties new diff covers for the 44 and60 rear.

3/8th's A50 plate steel is used, very thick. Painted Satin Black with grade 8 zing/bling longer bolts.

after 4 yrs they have not lost any length

While changing the C bushings from 4* to 2* I also bought some 1.375x .120 wall DOM and sleeved my existing 1.125x .188 wall DOM tie rod, so it's pretty beefy now, about .31" wall.

Put in a new 3/4" grade 8 axle trackbar bolt.

time for new balljoints. Moog greasable k8194T upper on the left, Spicer 706116x non greasable on the right. What I found very cool with the moog is the location of the zerk.

New rear shaft 27.25" length stock except using 1350 joints.
