lots of stuff....200A large case alt., black and red 2GA welding wire, rated 100 below to 221*, 600V (all this is from Fireguy on FSB.com), cable cutter, heavy duty ends with solder bullets and colorcoded heat shrink, new low amp wiring harness, 225A fuse with protective fuse block, and finally not from Fireguy... new mil spec battery connectors. Also shown is the smaller 1 7/8" pulley. Didn't want this as the one shown as you will in the next pic, is already a wee bit smaller than the stock 2 5/8ths pulley (the shiny one installed is 2 1/4").

Difference between a stock '95 model year, 95A small case 3G, and the 200A large case on the right. Notice though that these two units are totally interchangeable (so the 95A unit will be carried as a quick swap in trail spare). However, the upgraded amp ability means larger charge cables, see next pics.

believe it or not, 2GA charge cable on left (used for both + and ground), and the super wimpy 8 GA or worse black w/orange stripe stock charge cable (along with the typical ford Green w/red stripe "power wire" and a yellow w/white stripe wire).

One more pic of the factory charge wiring. I have the factory nunber for this harness, just need to add it at a later time.

200A installed. It appears the slighter 2.25" pulley over the factory one is no problem with the same belt as the tensioner can handle the slight difference.

you can just see the bussman 225A fuse setup below the relay (mounted to the plastic fenderwell).

Battery setup. I used the Mil-spec batt terminal and I like them since they are solid forged lead and HD. but the large connectors, and 2GA cable, and having 3 ea. of + and - made the whole setup look kinda like an octopus.
