won't do the side tubes out, but the hoop is the basic idea, frame mounted, fold down. Very nice for heavy tires.

spring with nylon sleeve came in, so I need to install that to help counterbalance.

The wheel actually weighs 99lbs, and the carrier I thought would add another 20, but I guess I didn't take into account the frame mounts still holding maybe 35lbs or so of weight.

used the pass. fender carrier mounts to still mount a swingout CB. This will eventually be tied into the lower mount to allow for a swingout for (1) 5 gal. gas can, or a quick swapout to air supply cylinder for tires.

The fold down carrier is nice with long loads like 8' drywall.
