Jeffsbroncograveyard sells these very beefy motor mounts. 3/16ths plate steel, the poly bushing is meant to better control the motor while still maintaining smoothness in the cab (someone else that has these thought they transferred a bit more motor vibe but hardly noticeable).

The last wheeling trip my fan started to lightly touch the shroud. I went through the radiator/shroud, etc. and got it aligned a wee bit better with the fan, but the fact that it just started while wheeling in 4low, and applying any gas would cause it, and the fact the truck is 16 yrs old with 147k on the mounts, I just felt the OEM mounts were asking for attention.

Easily rebuildable, doubt I'll ever need that, but they are.

Original (147k) mounts out, you can see they were getting pretty cracked.

Hard to get a pic of the new SD Poly mount, but this is drivers side. Highly recommend these.
