I had to troubleshoot many "Not working window Motors" so i decide there has to be an easier way to connect the motor and not find things to hold the wires. While i was getting some other parts i saw a person cut and toss the tailgate wiring harness and just destroy a gate to get the motor assemble out. i decided to not allow this connector to go to waste. the guy at the counter gave it to since i had a few other things i picked up. Time for a fast wash.

after the wash and removing the wire cover I put a few spots of shrink wrap to keep the wires under control. (i could have used electrical tape but the shrink tubing was sitting on the bench and i ned it on the ends anyway) i sed a soiderless connector, but i took the plastic insulator off and soliderd the connectors. I then shrink wrapped the ends.this is a usefull tool it is small and fits in the tool box and was almost free.

ok this can be done two ways eather connect to the battery and then plug it to the motr being tested or conect to the motor and hold or connect to the battery.

To test the other direction it is as easy as swapping the + and - wires arounfd at the battery. Hope this helps save a finger or two or some headach when testing motors.
