Her she is before the 3" body Lift. These are 33" tires.
when i ordered the poly body mounts i got the front core support not all the bushings i needed, but if you only need the core support bushing you can get them. (Chris at 4wheelcustoms.com). I am nnot sure why i got such a big box....
Here is the PA lift as i got it from 4wheelcustoms. thanks again Chris.
This is both front core support poly bushings and washers and sleaves. it was $26 not bad. too bad i needed all the mounts. a fast phone call fixed the issue.
This is a look in the box of the PA-3" body lift
Here are the 3" body lift parts out of the box.
I hit all the body mount bolts with PB Blaster for 2 week prior to installing the lift. the bolts came out easy the mount shells were the hard part.. i cut a lug wrench and used a sledge hammer to break loose. some bushings i burned and a few i used a sawzall and cut the shell. here is the new body mount kit (Poly) and the PA 3" body Lift kit and the old rubber bushings.

Here are the old body mount shells. i cleaned and painted them to stop the rusting.. the poly mounts are in the back as is the 3" body lift.
I tossed the rubber bushings and cleaned and painted the shels. not seen i cut the nut off the bottom shell. This made the new install much easier.

After all the bolts were out and the shells split apart. I started to jack the body up. (Look for wires, connectors and other things that migh need to be removed. i loosened the steering column and undid the ebrake.) jack slowly and look many times. i placed a 4X4 in the spot next tothe mount and went to the front to lift it. i did driver side then pass side.

Here is the front blocked up. the raditor support mount is different than all the other mounts. it bolt together. I cut the bolt head off and used channel locks to un screw the shell.
here is how they go together. when doing the lift this way i did not lock tite the bolts till the other half of the lift was installed. The bolts are into the poly locks but not snug down.

I wanted to cover the gap left but the lift so i used a stock ford truckbed liner (free from Matt)
This was a standard bed bed liner. here is the bottom.
I used a dramil and sliced the bed up.
Here is the floor. I decided to make a liner for the bronco..
Here is the rear bed liner with the rear seat flipped up.
The floor portion i used as a bed liner in the back of the bronco. Istopped the rear seat from bouncing.
