After the body lift i eather had to cut the floor of redisign the shifter. i did not like the location so i moved the shifter some.

This was round 1 with the shifter. I cut and added a 3" spacer.

a coat of paint and it was looking good.
|
|
|
Here it is all installed and working fine.

Here is another shot. i was proud of the way it turned out.

Well i was showing a friend how good a job i did and i grabbed the transfere case shifter and off it came. i then decided time to sleave and redisign it. it works much better now.

I got a new stronger rear drive shaft and this new shaft required a flang to install it not the yoke. so here is the stock yoke i removed from the rear transfer case.

here is the side view. i wanted to get the size so i could get the correct u joints.

The cv joint gets bolted to this to the transferecase.

this is the rear output shaft. i got a new seal and replaced it at this time.

Here is the new flang ready to get installed.

Here is the output shaft for the NP208. it is 32 spline shaft. this was just after i removed the yoke and the old seal.

They redesigned the seal. here is the old (left) and the new seal (right)

here is the new flang in its new location. this was an easy swap.
