the old mounts do not come out too easy. i used the drill many holes in the rubber and then an air chisle to push out the center sleave and rubber. i then put the air hammer on the outside shell and push it into the senter and it pops right out. here is what is left of the old bushing and the new polly bushing and rear spacer.

I did the bushings on the bronco. i put the jack stand on the outer axle and used the floor jack as a pivot point.

Here is the tool you will want to get if you are installing new bushings. i could have used this to pull the old one out but i did not have this tool and when told i went to Harbor Freight and got it on sale for $29. well worth it. it is called a C-press or ball joint press.

This is after i drilled out the rubber and used the air hammer to punch out the shell.
