I know i want to add a 2nd battery to the bronco. i seen different setups and decided i like to balence the front end and have one battery per side. here is the drivers side front. i see the over flow / washer will need to be moved but that is easy.

here is the front support and it looks like it would be easy to make a battery holder.
I been lucky and pick up old used bed rails when i see them being tossed. i cut some triangles out so this would bend into a square box. i then welded it together.
after a few fittings and some extra mounting tabs here is the final product.

now i had to address the overflow and washer tank. this was easy as well. the only 2 parts needed the stock mount and a new top rail.

Here is the lower mount i just revited it to the fender.

here is a picture with a battery in place as it will be when i get a new one and a selector switch.....

well after reconnecting everything i found out my washer tank leaked bad.i tried to swap motors but it still leaked. so off to the junk yard and got another good overflo and washer.
I decided i wanted to relocat the over flow and washer tank. this is like the 86 year trucks. i added a cage around the battery as wellthis will really stiffen the battery tray.

Here is the stock Battery After the 3G upgrade.
to move the windshield washer i needed a better mount so i made a cage to wrap the battery and the washer mounts to the back of it.
