after removing the pulley and the 3 bolts the P/S pump came right off.
here is the front of the bracket withthe P/s removed. it looks like i have to get a different bracket.
as i was removing the AC compressor from the old mount i found they used a couple spacers. i found out this was due to the bolts having a long shoulder and the shoulder would hit the threads before the compressor was tight.
here is the bottom spacer.
here is the old mount there is 2 bolts on the top and two bolts and two nuts on the bottom

well i went to 6 different junk yards and found only one van with a 4.9 the rest had V-8s. i got the pump and bracket and belt tensioner for $65. i put it in a box and brought it home. i soaked all the parts with soap and hit with the pressure washer.

here is the other side of the new pump.

i washed the motor down again and here is a shot before the new mbrackets goes on.

a side view of the new pump installed.
i then installed the serp belt pulley.
I then removed the old hose ends and all that is needed is a new pressure hose for E150 van and a new return line and fluide and the motor running. this was an easy 1/2 day swap.
the motor is now ready to go in the bronco. the 3G is the smaller one for now. the P/S pump swap is done. i just need the High pressure hose from a van and it will be done. i thinking of adding a filter at the time of install.
ok next step i went to NAPA and got the return line Part number 7-1899 and the pressure line (from a E150 van) Part number 7-3344.
