well i was getting a bad chipmonk sound from under the hood. each time i started Brutis iit sound like a hamster wheel. it would go away after a few miles and the motor temp climbs. here are the stock pulleys. there is one below the ac/compressor and one next to the ac compressor on the tensioner.

here is a second view of the pulleys. they came stock as plastic but you can get metal HP replacements. from any auto parts store.

here are both replacements from NAPA
38001 and 38006. i had to wait one day for to get one from another location, but these are normal stock items.

here is the front of the idler pulley this was normal thread and came out without issue

here is how it goes back together. the o-ring holds this all together.

i put a small dab on the threads do if i ever need to remove it again i could.

Here are the pulleys installed. if you were only doing these reinstall the serp belt and be on your way. i had to replace the p/s pump so i just went to it next.
