I had to wait for ~4" of snow & ice to melt before I could build the floor frame. It's resting on concrete pads, each in a laser-levelled pocket of scarified dirt. The shed is in the box under the tarp against the fence.

Yes, I severely overbuilt it, but I want it to stand up to being moved while full.

I expect to have to move it at least once, so I embedded this chain & bevelled the fronts of the skids.

Each joint has at least two 3" painted deck screws; the exteriors also have a steel joist hanger with 7 more screws; each corner has 4 pieces of steel & more than 16 screws. The 1/2" floor deck will further link the joists to each other.

If I ever need to drag the shed up onto a rollback truck or a trailer, this base should be solid enough to handle it.

I got the floor, walls, & doors up late last night working with a flashlight until it got too cold to continue.
