The birdfeeders became very popular during the snow.
This cheap little snowplow attachment isn't actually made to fit this mower, but it worked surprisingly well.

Initially, the squirrels didn't pay much attention to the corn, but that changed...

It took a few days, but the raccoons found the corn, and enjoyed it at least as much as the deer.
This same little herd comes by every morning & afternoon.
The squirrels (exiting the lower Left corner) and rabbits don't squabble much.
Occasionally, an armadillo wanders by. Since they can carry human leprosy, I'll probably have to get rid of it.

Our herd making its morning pass...
I'm not sure what animal this is. The tail isn't a beaver's or otter's (though both occupy this region). My guess was groundhog, but there's some disagreement.
The deer (distant Left) don't seem comfortable dining with the raccoons, but that didn't last long.
Our acrobats are getting FATTER!
The squirrels & rabbits are becoming accustomed to each other.
After a few weeks, the squirrels started coming through in herds, like the deer & raccoons.
The crows want some, but this squirrel isn't giving up easily.

This large cat (the black spot looking at me through the leaves) wandered by one day while I was working in the shop. I couldn't see a tail, but it seems too big to be a lynx, and it doesn't have bobcat coloration. It actually looks like a small cougar. When I first noticed it out of the corner of my eye, I thought it was a small deer for a moment. . .

Occasionally, the rabbits wander onto the helipad.
The squirrel cage is moderately effective against squirrels, but the raccoons empty it in a few nights.
I've seen this guy around since we bought the property - wandering through the woods, sunning on the driveway, hunting through the burn pile, and avoiding the mower. But this is the first time he's looked in the house.
I'm sure he's just smelling all the bugs & frogs that spend their nights under the patio lights, but Lisa wasn't happy to see him. I tossed him into the treeline.
This is the first turkey I've seen anywhere near the property. I moved the camera here to try to catch the bobcat, but it hasn't been back for a few weeks.
Lots of deer activity this week... They seem to enjoy the sprouts from the seeds that the birds & squirrels spill.
I don't think this doe gave birth this season, but I've seen her around.
Every time the doe approached, the fawn would bolt. It spent nearly an hour frolicking in the sun while the doe browsed.

I think this fawn is just a few weeks old.
