The loader was the previous year model installed at the dealership. The mower was bought (heavily) used, as were the disk & blade.

I'm not sure why it has this brush guard & ballast weight. The guard just creates glare when the headlights are on, and the loader is all the front ballast the tractor needs. I painted the back of the guard flat black to reduce glare.

I'm trying to fix some errors in this wiring diagram so I can add a few lights, and make sure the originals work right. But I'm not sure this is the right diagram for this tractor.

This coolant leak was hard to find, but eventually, I replaced the hose & coolant. I also changed the air filter.

While cleaning it one day, I noticed these bolts were missing, so I bought replacements at the Deere dealer.

IDK why it wasn't built with these.

This MX6 is a few years older than the tractor, but the blades were replaced Oct.3, 2019 with Deere FH332991. He broke the tailwheel off, but I'm fixing that...

It took 2 90s GM truck front hooks bolted to a 2.5" receiver tube with a thin-walled 2" tube inside as a cheater, and a come-along to pull out the dents in the deck apron. Large adjustable wrenches make straightening the lip easy.

I'm replacing the tailwheel mast with a longer rod so it can also be used for dragging trailers around. This is the first time I've tried to weld something this thick (a 1 3/16" rod in a 1/2" plate), so I made 2 passes at the highest setting, and it seems to have come out pretty good. I couldn't find 1 3/16" washers, so I reamed out some 1" Gr.8s.

This leak was also hard to find because it was very slow when not near the ground. But I drilled & plugged it in Dec.2020.

Only 355 hours as of Dec.2020.
