[b]PowerTrax No-Slip Locker[/b]

[b]Symptom:[/b] Frequently, most of the time, would not lock passenger side wheel, and noisy operation when it would.

[b]Cause:[/b] The synchro paddle on the Active Spacer broke off (top center) and the loose piece would get caught between the Driver and Coupler preventing them from engaging.

[b]In the Picture:[/b] Slotted Active Spacer and broken paddle (tab).

[b]Cause:[/b] Two of the Syncrho Ring teeth broken off (11 & 1 o'clock) by broken Active Spacer paddle.

[b]In the Picture:[/b] Syncrho Ring (removed from press fit in Coupler).
