Cabin Vent Valve is mounted inside each front door to allow continuous airflow through the cab while the truck is moving forward. Air hitting the w/s flows down through the wiper valance into the cowl to the Right side where it passes forward through the firewall into the engine bay HVAC box, past the blower & evaporator, then rearward through the firewall out the dash through the door panel louvers, through the door inside louvers, through this valve, and out the door rear louvers.
