'92-96 A-Pillar Cover

The upper style A-pillar cover is used with a headliner. The lower, without.
'87-91 is shorter at the bottom, with the screw angling in sideways.
The upper w/s trim (#1) has 3 holes for '87-93, and 4 for '94-97.
