He's decided to keep everything together and use all the donor wiring, emissions, & electronics. Only a few things are being deleted, like ABS, PW/PL/PM... He didn't have the TC fully seated in the trans, so after we got that fixed & hung the t-case just to keep the ATF in, we plugged everything in & started it for a few seconds just to check the wiring harness.
After close inspection, I found this frame has the rare VIN stamping location under the passenger seat.
