What year is the newest I can put on a 2000 excursion? I was told Icould put on 05+ but I am unsure?These are headlights by the way.

You can use those headlights. They require a bit of trimming on the header panel. There is a "how-to" over in the Super Duty forum at Ford-trucks.com. Look for the FAQ stickied up top.
