The back window on my 2004 Excursion won't lock. By both key & by pushing the door lock button. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. THX.

Sounds like the mechanism may be gunked up inside. I do alot of off roading in AZ and the dust gums mine up too. I remove the panels and spray it down with WD and work it by hand a few times. Then make sure it's working as it should. It's a PIA to do, but I love my truck so...
