I put a 10-ton snatch block on the forklift and ran the cable back to my bumper, parked against a column of the building, and ran a chain from my trailer hitch back to another column with a come-along to pretension it. If you look closely, you can see that the column is buckling from the load I have on it - the winch motor was almost stalled when I stopped. It's a Warn XD9000i. I GOTTA getta Ramsey worm-drive!
