The Slide Rails as Mounted. Note the rails were attached to 2"x4" sections via wood screws. 2"x4" ...

The trunk was bolted to the slide rails with 2'x4" reinforcing sections.

The heads of the mounting bolts were ground thinner to allow them to slide into the mounting rails.
