Removing Pulley & Clutch.
After removing the center bolt, drive in a 5/8" - 11 bolt to pull the assembly off the shaft.

Since Ned had to leave to go to the Panthers game, I had to get it out myself. Due to me taking shortcuts I left the exhaust manifolds connected to the Y pipe figuring they would slide off the block...they didnt, and it took forever to get the motor ...

OK, so here's the secret. This is the driver's side rear spring, viewed from the front. The sping rocker is pivoting. This spring is under NO pressure.

I added a drain to the 9inch so I don't have to crack the third member to change the gear oil after the gear break-in. Plus more oil will drain out the hole plug than could drain from the bottom of the third member openning. There is a magnet in the...
