kimg1050.jpg Once you are fully sure the projectors beam angles are 100 percent where you want them to be, you can do a final install. 

THe projectors use a threaded shank to mount to the housing. But to prevent it from moving or rotatring, i used a good bead of RTV on the back of the projector to glue it to the reflector of the housing. Then i let it dry.

After that i used another bead of RTV to glue the lens to the housing. Many people use butyl sealant but I prefer RTV, I used tape to hold the lense tightly in place so it does not pop out before it dries

You want to make sure you clean inside the housing VERY well before installing the lens. And dont get any smear or RTV inside when installing

I gave plenty of time for the RTV to fully dry before installing
