What is here, let us see. Oh ya, that little black box is the replacement for using the body as an electrical conductor. Probably 90% of seam rust starts at the spot welds. The reason is that most cars and trucks that have metal bodies, use it as the ground conductor. That causes galvanic rust from the transfer of electrons across those welds.
