i went ahead and replaced the wheel bearings and seals. then i did final install.
tighten the spindle nut to 55-65 ft-lb while rotating hub. on new bearings, you back off the sprindle 5 clicks, on used bearings 8 clicks
the axle flange bolts get torqued to 60-80 ft-lb
note: according to my official ford manual, the flange bolts get torqued last, after wheel is on and torqued. not sure whay
