My wife totaled her 96 Vic I have an 88 fox body sitting in field needs engine ,so why not just like to juice her up abit any help out there ,would be greatly appreciated

i came across a hell of a deal on a 2003 crown vic engine with 40k on it, im wondering if it will bolt right in? and what else would have to be modded to get it to drop in cuz i\\'d have a mechanic friend do this job.
