I whittled a new brake power booster spacer out of a chunk of 1/2" aluminum. The stock one was cheap plastic.

I roughed out the shape with saws, cut-off wheels, and drill bits. Then I trimmed it with a 1/4" carbide bit in a router. It worked for me but I cannot guarantee that it won't explode and slice you to bits so beware.
