Done. If I decide three bolts isn't sufficient I'll weld it the frame, but I suspect it'll be fine.

Great shot of me, huh? I cut 10" off the rear frame. Note the factory rear xmember has been moved forward (it's cheesy but I don't have time to build another), and I tacked angle the frame to keep it from spreading while moving the xmember.

A shorter Ranger with rear leafs installed. I believe this reduced the wheelbase by about 10"

Front hanger for rear leafs roughed in. 3" square. The two bolts pic'd are in pre-existing holes - every little bit helps make it go faster. Need bushings

test fit on stock GM front springs, simulated height if the same size tire were mounted up front - need at least 4" spring to level the truck

weighted, I think positive caster is a bit much, somewhere around 9 or 10 degrees, easy to fix

rather than pay a local yard $125 for just a head I bought a complete non-running 351 from a friend for $100. I'll pull a head from this motor and have it rebuilt
