You can't lift the front end more than 1-2" without droping the pivots. Your camber will be too far off to adjust. You could make brackets yourself but I would just get a kit. You might try ebay also. There are parts to kits and random things on there every once in a while.

I found the coils, pitman arm, and longer brake hoses now i just need the axle pivot drop brackets, any ideas? |
