99 Crown Vic hazards and turn signals not working. Was driving and the turn signals and hazards quit working. Went to the boneyard and got a LCM and MFS replaced the units and sprayed them with electrical cleaner. Still nothing. No ticking, no lights, nothing. Bad ground? Does anyone have a wire diagram? Driving me nuts. Please help. Thanks
