For any '80-96/7 F-series or Bronco, the best way to return the truck to new (un-worn) matched door & ignition keys (even '80-89s that used round-head door keys) is to buy an aftermarket (Standard [url=https://www.amazon.com/dp/B001DCECBC]DL140[/url] or [url=https://www.amazon.com/dp/B009B48XXW]DL140T[/url]) pair of 8-cut door lock cylinders with new keys, and build a new Ford 1L3Z11582A or [url=https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000IYIUGO]MotorCraft SW6383[/url] 8-cut lock cylinder kit to match those new keys according to this instruction sheet:
