The oil filter and the pressure sender screw onto the oil filter adapter which is bolted to the block.
I have broken off an adapter in the pressure hole and gotten it out with an extractor so that may be an option.
you can certainly remove the filter adapter if you need to in order to remove the broken off part of the pressure sender or replace it if the actual adapter is broken, make sure you have an new gasket ready, there is a gasket between the adapter and the block(there is one for cars with an oil cooler and one without so make sure you get the right one) |
