Looking at Diagun 3 made by Launch Tech.

Where to download the software and can it be update online

Had the problem settled. Download the software on Launch web. It can be upgraded on line but costs high, 990USD per year. I got one with less update fee(550 USD) http://www.obd365.com/wholesale/original-launch-x-431-x431-diagun-iii-update-online.html
