I have a 89' XLT Bronco and I have the same problem. I have push button four wheel drive and auto locking hubs. I hear the computer clicking and my voltage drops but the light dosent clink on and the t-case dosent engage. I did some research and found that the motors go out often so you sould take it off and test it. I just havent had the time to try it yet. Let me know the out come.
