FGTech Galletto 2-Master is powerful ECU chip tuning tool, many guys ever used it. As the following is some problems and solution which maybe you meet. Hope can help.

how to setup FGTech Galletto 2-Master?
A: Step one: copy the software in the CD into “My Computer”
Step two: connect FGTech with the computer and car.
Step three: install successfully the software drive, run eobd2.exe file.
You also can watch the vedio http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6uz2Ju8ZME8&feature=plcp

fgtech galletto cannot work?
A: Some users react their fgtech galletto cannot work after they use for some days, when you meet this problem, you can go to http://www.kobd2.jp find the customer service who will send you a FG fix tool, the language is English, and teach you how to fix the software, and make the fgtech work again.

After install CD, it does not have FGTech_DOWNLOAD_UPDATE.exe and FILE SETUP.EXE. And then can’t install the FG TECH.

A: fgtech galletto has no USB key anymore right now, and no FGTech_DOWNLOAD_UPDATE.exe and FILE SETUP.EXE in the software

Fgtech can’t support program ECU by BDM?

Remove them and replace them with the original HC14D as the following picture show. Then it can realise BDM function.

Or visit this page FGTech Galletto 2-Master EOBD2 BDM function to download the BDM function PDF from 技術サービス as the photo shows

PDF language is English.
