1966 Ranchero Running Hot

I have a 1966 Ford Ranchero Inline 6 with 3 on the tree, we just replaced the thermostat but it is running on the hot side when going over 55, It runs at mid range temp when driving around town but as soon as you go over 55 it runs just under the line for hot. Anyone have any suggestions?

I do have a five blade fan, but forget if it was off my old 260 or the 64 Ranchero, six banger I used to have. I'm not sure if it really matters as they are all 4 hole fans. The blade pitch might matter to the radiator though.
Anyway, I've got one if you're interested.
