Chopped front&rear fender, Milwalke drag bars, running light mirrors, and repainted in DuPont Charcoal. Not sure what the fender accents came off of, but I got them for a few pennies and they look good.

Dehorned rear. I cut the "horns" and then used the horns to fabricate the rear fender mounts. I welded them to the top bar of the swing arm frame. The fender is custom. I cut it to size and shape from a fender blank I bought on eBay.

The seat peg is a HD goose neck that was 1/2 thick. Then I welded it to a 1/4 thick steel plate cut to fit inside the space between the horns and the battery box. This is the beginning of my seat mount. You can also see the "horns" welded...

The at the top of the mount, I welded a piece of angle iron and shaped it to get "T" you see here. I then drilled two holes at each end of the "T" for the seat bolts.

Here is a side shot showing the cuts made to eliminate the horn. I made sure I left a little lip to allow the 1/4 inch plate to sit inside the recess.

A shot of the DNA springer front end. The wheels are HD 40 spokes. The spokes are Landmark Pearl Drops. The Brake kit is a bobber kit I bought on eBay for around $150! No kidding.

The rear set up is pretty unique. Not many bikes run these, but I love the look. It's called a Brakester kit and I spent about $350 on it. The usually go for a lot more, but I did shopping around on eBay and got it for a deal.
