Evaporator and condenser tested ok but needed fins straightened. Used more cans of refrigerant than were in the kit to bring pressure up to 30psi low side. Heater core finally burst. Took apart the dash. Found many years worth of leaves and dirt blocking the heater and A/C cores. Cleaned it all out and replaced heater core. Aftermarket core did not fit exactly, but was able to bend the inlet/outlet to make it fit the holes in the housing. Found severe damage on housing and temporarily fixed with some aluminum tape.
