Replaced valve cover gasket and changed oil Replaced gasket to fix one oil leak. Changed oil in effort to alleviate ticking sound. Did not fix sound and has more oil leaks.

Checked front diff Replaced gear oil in front differential in effort to repair whining noise. Did not alleviate issue. Appears to be ring and pinion gears and possible pinion bearing.

Received Vehicle Got the vehicle with the following obvious problems: excessive play in steering wheel,
whining in front during acceleration/deceleration, dead battery, stuttering that began when warm, extremely dirty inside, non-functioning parking brake, leaking oil from multiple locations, and ticking sound from engine.
