This I believe is Fuse Link M, which you can see in the pages from the EVTM. It is next to the cruise control servo, which can be partially seen in this picture.

Most of the glue is now removed. The seam sealer is going to be ground out and replaced. The rest of the glue will come when the DA sander comes out.

The trim around the doors and windows is removed. The "LTD Crown Victoria" is also removed. The "Crown" trim in the center of the roof is removed as well.
