Car was a "barn find" from North Carolina where it had been sitting on a dirt floor for several years according to the Ebay seller that sold the car to Harmon. All the floors from the front to the rear of car were eaten up with rust along with 1/4's etc..... It belongs to Cliff Harmon, Northridge, CA and was to get a frame-off restoration but I terminated the project before it actually got started due to shortage of working money, among other things. Harmon used 33 % of the deposit money to pay for transportation costs of the '67 'vert and the 2nd '63 R code hull plus a 406 short block assembly and never replaced nor added to the initial deposit. Car had to sit for weeks while we waited on money, which did not come. Told Harmon he had 2 weeks to get his cars and parts out of shop and take somewhere else.
Vehicle taken to another shop (??) 2/26/08. 2 parts cars were also moved on 2/27/08 along with a 406 short block and all the misc parts that belonged to Harmon.
