Posted the videos of the ball joint install on my 2000 Excursion. A more detailed writeup will come later, but the videos are broken out and I entered basic descriptions on each step of the videos taken. It'll allow you to just watch the areas you're interested in seeing:

Or you could insert the zirk, grease the joint, remove the zirk and replace with the plug that came in the joint. Keep the 90 degree for future greasing. You can get to the fitting with a small box end wrench later whenn needed.
