These look like the lug nuts used with the "locking" plastic "fake wire" wheelcovers my wife loves on our '99 GM! It takes three to hold the lock bracket - maybe I can swap two from each wheel to make another "set" so I can put police-style center caps on the other car? (I have one set of locking lug-nuts that I think also have the flange for holding lock-bracket / police-style caps so should have almost enough lug-nuts to go 'round...)
