complete engine with intake, heads covers, maniflods. dont need anymore because i replaced it with a 351w. the 302 has 170,000 miles on it. has a weak oil pump and a rattling rocker arm. did not get around to compressiontesting it but it ran perfectly fine with decent power. looking for 150$
