Suck it up and go people.

Looks like we'll be meeting up at the Outlet Mall in Slidell ... not sure where that is exactly so if someone can give me directions from I-12 from BR that'd be cool.

Carl, what time?

I decided I REALLY want to go, pr0ovided Hoss is out of the shop, I can find a trailer, and my roommate will let me borrow his truck. ANyone have a trailer? I don't want to rent one if I don't have to.

I know. I have a friend going by there to measure the tire width. Central Hitch has a tailer 6' 10" wide, not sure if it'll fit. If Josh doesn't reply, I'll call him closer we get. I'm DYING to go on a ride with ya'll. But now, Hooter's calls!

Make sure your winch is in working order .. Just incase noone can get to the other side of the creek.. YOu might have to winch yourself over and then we can take turns crossing and pulling like we did last week.. ( only 4 of the 12 Jeeps made it..) The rest had to be strapped..
Its not a deep creek its just that the creek bank is washed away pretty bad and its almost a vertical edge..Should be fun.. Didnt get any pics of it. Have to this time..
There is also a huge sand pit (bowl type thing) thats probobly 20' deep and 40' accross.. Very cool driving down the bank of this thing and trying to drive out..
I was able to get my rig out of the bowl but I high centered on the rim. So I was stuck 3/4 of the way out of the bowl...

There is so much cool stuff .. You gotta see it... I cant wait..

Sweet .. I was going to call you today and see how that was coming along... I guess its fine..
IF you are right at the limit.. Its about 100 miles to the park.. That might put you over the top..
It is not going to be hard on your ride.. Not alot of deep mud like the spillway.. And if you want to you can really take it easy out there .. We had 15 Jeeps and no breakage.. Last weekend..
We where being very carefull .. If you got into something you couldnt get out of we just strapped instead of giving it hell.. Made for a nice time... There is no need to break stuff to show how cool you are.. Leave that to the guys with the 44's and the stroked 350's ..
The rest of us can have a good time while trying NOT to break stuff..
