I lived by a large hospital when cable was introduced. It sucked during peak times. In the middle of the night it was good. But when most people were watching the tube, it was worse than dial up. It's gotten a lot better now. |

But some people say the other way around.. Because the further from the phone main you are the weaker the signal.. Or you might have an old house with crappy phone lines.. Or that sort of thing..

oh okay, well I've had cable for about two or three years now and when I first got it it was really fast, but now it's kinda slowed down, still better than dial-up though
